Garden Tour: Discover the stunning 1905 Winter-Irving property with owner and food & gardening extraordinaire, Bernie Ryan. Pottery Class: Craft your own beautiful butter dish or jewellery box with local pottery artist Alex Hendren. Pasta Making: Enjoy a hands-on lunch experience creating fresh pasta. Dessert Demonstration: Learn to make Bernie’s signature lemon semifreddo for a perfect sweet finish!
Session #2: Saturday, 5th April | 10 am - 2 pm | Avenel, VIC 3664
Sourdough Made Simple: Learn how to create fuss-free, delicious sourdough. Glaze & Finish: Add the final touches to your fired pottery pieces. Veggie Garden Beginnings: discuss autumn/winter veggie garden planning over a light, nourishing lunch, with sourdough fresh out of the oven of course.
